Bill was a good man and also my brother-in-law. I always thought very highly of him and how well he treated my wife, his sister. He always kept his family and friends first and foremost in his mind and actions. I did not know him as well as I would have liked since we were so far apart geographically, but thoroughly enjoyed the limited time and occasions I did spend with him. My thoughts and condolences to his family and friends.
