I remember standing in the yard talking and joking with Aunt Johnie Mae when she came to Michigan to visit. We really enjoyed ourselves and it was so peaceful to be in her company. I have fond memories of visiting her in Rome as a child, too, where we were always welcome to pull up a chair and just sit, laugh and be family. She will truly be missed. Rest well and in peace. We love you.
