Josie Lee Williams of Rome, New York, placed her hand in God's on Sunday, January 14, 2018. She was 98 years old. This dynamic woman was a dedicated wife, extraordinary mother, friend and champion for Christ. She will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her children Marsell Williams Jr., Barbara Williams, Stan (Libby) Williams and Deborah Delerme; and grandchildren Aurélle (John) Bradley, Alex Williams and Sarah Delerme.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted at 1:00PM on Tuesday, January 23, 2018, at Grace Union AME, 606 Woodland Ave, Rome, NY 13440. Viewing will be from noon to 1:00PM. Expressions of love and sympathy may be viewed online at www.strong-burnsandsprock.com.
