Obituary of Robert C. Rood

Robert C. Rood Robert C. Rood, 41, of Ava, passed away on November 5, 2016. He was born on December 5, 1974 a son of Carol Adams Rood. Robert was a graduate of R.F.A. Class of 1993. Robert then went on to earn a Bachelors degree in education from Spring Field Massachusetts. He was presently employed by Sumax Cycle Parts in Oriskany N.Y. as a production manager. He is survived by his loving mother, Carol Rood of Rome, a brother and sister-in-law, Stewart and Sharon Rood of Rome; three nieces, Catherine, Caroline and Madalyn Rood; two uncles, Bill Adams and wife Rosemarie, Tom Adams and wife Marli; one aunt Betty Pettinelli ; and too many friends to list. Bob never joined any club, but he was welcomed at all of them. Funeral services will be held on Friday November 11, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Peters Church, with Fr Phillip Hearn officiating.
