This is Elena Kathleen p. and he wasn't blood to me but he was the blood of some of my family so I always called him my uncle and his kids my cousin but Stephen is my cousin like his kids. I loved Stephen like family I didn't care if they weren't my real family I always loved them and counted him as my family member. I love you Stephen c. Voels hopefully you have fun up there I'm not okay down here bc everyone that I love keep dieing on me or I lose someone and I dont get to see them no more and ppl like keeping secrets away from me when it is a thing that I should no. I didn't get to say bye to everyone that I lost. nobody asks me if I'm okay bout it so then they tell me that another one died I do care but I have no emotion only for all ppl that I lost. Life is hard without them.

Stephen's spirited zest for life was irrepressible, his love luminous. With humor and thoughtfulness tucked into every corner of his being like handy tools in a well-worn toolbox, each encounter with him was an adventure full of gentleness. And oh, those conversations by the smoke, those three words echoing: Love you Aunt Lori. His passage through this world left it decidedly brighter; A truly unique character indeed whose warmth lingers long after his departure.

I still don’t have the words… or even know what to say. I wish I knew you was struggling, I wish I knew it was getting to that point, I wish u would have knocked on my door. Man this was so unexpected, you always had a smile on your face when I seen you and you brought happiness. I don’t even know how to tell the kids as you know they called you uncle Steven due to you being with Quan. Even through yall didn’t work out you was still welcome to my house anytime. Rest easy Steven you will be missed deeply.
