James Frederick Cadrette

   James F. Cadrette, 68, of Rome, passed away at his home unexpectedly on Saturday, March 4, 2023. He was born on April 2, 1954, a son of the late Clarence Cadrette and Marie Neroni Cadrette Sagar. James was a graduate of Rome Free Academy Class of 1972, he continued his education at Mohawk Valley Community College earning an associate degree. On April 24, 1976, James was united in marriage to Kelly Evans in a ceremony which took place in Lee Center, N.Y. James was formerly employed by Walmart of Rome,  LCS Cleaners, and Revere Copper & Brass.

   James is survived by his beloved wife, Kelly; a son, Jeremy Cadrette; a daughter and son-in-law, Kari and Joseph Manning; two granddaughters, Kae Marie Edick and Katrina Leroux all of Rome; a sister, JoAnne Cadrette Barnett (Denis Belmonte) of Rome; four brothers, Clarence (Sandra) Cadrette of NC, Donald Cadrette, David Cadrette (Pat Murphy) and William Cadrette of Rome. Several brothers and sisters in laws, and several nieces and nephews.
