Gregory Alan Williams, 74, of Rome, New York passed away unexpectedly on March 1, 2023. Born in Oildale, California, he was a son of Jack and Dorothy Newton Williams. Gregory enlisted in the United States Army where he proudly served his country from 1968-1992, earning the rank of 1SG. Gregory obtained his Bachelors degree from the American Military University and had a successful career as a dental technician at Oral Dynamics Dental Laboratory in Utica.

Gregory was united in marriage to Vicki Allen, the two shared a blessed union and raised a beautiful family together. Gregory was a proud and loving husband, father, and grandfather which was evident in all that he did. Gregory was a beloved Sunday School teacher and had a wonderful ability to encourage the children and youth in his class and many others in all walks of life.

Gregory is survived by his wife, Vicki Allen Williams; his children and their significant others Marie and Renee Williams, Robin and Dawn Williams, David Williams and Teagan White, Alicia and Doug Baker; four brothers and one sister; ten cherished grandchildren.
