Deanna M. Orbeck

Deanna M. Orbeck of Rome, NY passed away January 18, 2023. Deanna was born on May 13, 1969, in Chicopee, Massachusetts and was a daughter of Roger and Michelle Simmons Starcher.

Deanna was the proud mother to Gregory Turck and Dakota Kiley. Whom will miss her dearly. Deanna enjoyed time spent with family and friends including her fiancé, Jerry Stranden.

Deanna leaves behind her two cherished sons, Gregory Turck (Amanda Small) Ava NY; Dakota Kiley, Rome, NY; a brother, Dwayne Starcher, Rome, NY; a sister Tonya Starcher, Georgia; four cherished grandchildren, Emily Ann, Crysta, Gabriel, and Autumn; father, Roger Starcher; and boyfriend Jerry Strenden. She was predeceased by her mother, Michelle Simmons Starcher and her sister Christina Duncan.

A celebration of life will be held Wednesday, January 25, 2023, at 2:00 PM, calling hours will be held prior to the service from 1:00PM to 2:00 PM, at Strong- Burns & Sprock Funeral Home, 7751 Merrick Road, Rome, NY 13440.
