Linda M. Longto Linda M. Longto, 69, of Rome, passed away peacefully at her home on March 15, 2022, with her loving family by her side. She was born on May 1, 1952, in Rome, N.Y. a daughter of Raymond and Mary Wojdyla Brockway. Linda was a graduate of Rome Free Academy and was formerly employed by Dr. Eric Berger Dental Office of Rome. On June 19, 2003, she was united in marriage to Wayne Longto in a ceremony which took place in Rome, N.Y. Linda is survived by her mother, Mary Wojdyla Brockway; beloved husband Wayne Longto; two daughters and sons-in-law, Jessica and Justin Smithson, Frankfort, Stacey and Joseph Larsen, Rome; a son and daughter-in-law, Raymond and Stephanie Edick, Alabama; a stepson, Brian Longto, Rome; a sister-in-law, Mary Ellen Pekarski Brockway; one brother-in-law, Roger Scouten; thirteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her father, Raymond Brockway; sister, Raylene Scouten and brother, David S. Brockway. Funeral services are private and there are no calling hours.
