David A. Constabile David A. Constabile, 60, of Rome, passed away peacefully at his home on September 29, 2021, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on August 30, 1961, in Utica, N.Y., son of the late Julius and Marietta Lorento Constabile. David was a graduate J.F.K High School and attended Utica College. He was employed by BNY Mellon. David is survived by two sisters, Carol Morton of Safety Harbor, FL and Sharon Constabile of Utica; a brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Mary Constabile of Rome; nephews, Jon-Michael Morton, Chad (Katy) Morton, Joel Guy Jr. and Richard Constabile Jr.; great nieces and nephew, Arianna, Penelope and Christian Morton; several aunts, uncles and many cousins; many special friends especially Lori Torres, Deanna Roberts, Jo Ann Jarrett, Amy and Gerry Race. David was predeceased by a brother-in-law, George Morton; along with his family pets, Lucy, Tiki and Charlie. In Lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made in David’s Memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105. Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Sunday, October 3, 2021, from 2 to 5 PM at Strong-Burns & Sprock Funeral Home, 7751 Merrick Road, Rome, NY. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11 AM at St. Peters Church, Rome. Interment will take place in St. Johns Cemetery.
