Obituary of Elizabeth Rose

Elizabeth “Becky” Rose, 83, of Rome, passed away peacefully on June 4, 2021, at Bethany Gardens Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was born on January 30, 1938, in Lynchburg, Virginia, a daughter of the late Granville and Mildred Tinsley Brown. For over 35 years Becky was employed by the Savoy Restaurant as a cook until her retirement. Becky was also formerly employed by Eddie’s Paramount Diner. She is survived by a brother, Stephen Brown; a nephew, Glenn Leftwich and his daughter, Taylor, all of Rome. Becky is predeceased by a sister, Barbara Leftwich and nephew Joseph Leftwich.
