Charlotte A. Link Charlotte A. Link 64, of Mexico, N.Y. passed away on January 17, 2021, at University Hospital in Syracuse. She was born on July 16, 1956, in Fort Stewart, GA, of the late Robert and Ethel Hobbs Mullin. Charlotte was a graduate of Bryant and Stratton College of Syracuse. On May 28, 1977, she was united in marriage to Francis E. Link in a ceremony which took place in Adams, N.Y. Charlotte was employed by Syracuse University prior to her retirement. She loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. Charlotte was is survived by her beloved husband, Francis “Cisco” Link, Mexico; two cherished children, Brittany (Thomas Pape) Link, Mexico, Bryce (Lisa ) Link, Hamburg, N.Y.; two sisters, Karen (Rufus) Mincey and Lorraine Mullin Palmer; a brother, Edward Mullin; seven grandchildren, Ayden, Ann Marie, Donovan, Aaliyah, Taleah, Aireana and Madden. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 22, 2021, at 6 P.M. at Strong-Burns & Sprock Funeral Home 7751 Merrick Road, Rome. Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday from 2-6 P.M. prior to the service. Interment will take place in the spring at Lee State Cemetery, Lee Center N.Y. Anyone wishing to attend services is asked to please wear a face mask and adhere to social distancing requirements
