Obituary of Donald A. Nash

Donald A. Nash Donald A. Nash, 64, of Rome and formerly of the Valentine Apartments, passed away at St. Elizabeth Hospital on January 3, 2021. He was born on April 30, 1956 in Rome, N.Y. a son of the late Richard and Dorothy Gibbs Nash. He was a member of the Rome Wesleyan Church and in his spare time he enjoyed playing Bingo. Donald is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, William and Bonnie Nash of Creswell, N.C., along with several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2020, at 7 P.M. at Strong-Burns & Sprock Funeral Home 7751 Merrick Road, Rome. Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours from 4-6 P.M. prior to the service. Interment will take place in Maple Hill Cemetery, Taberg. Anyone planning to attend services is asked to please wear a facemask and adhere to social distancing requirements
