He is survived by his beloved wife and best friend of 54 years Patricia (née Cardone). Frank and Pat were married on his birthday in 1966 at St. Anthony of Padua Church in Utica.
Frank grew up working at his family’s bakery cultivating a lifelong passion and love for cooking and baking. He graduated from Rome Free Academy, Class of 1962. Frank then joined his father at Rome Marine where he became the owner and operator for over 56 years working alongside his son and grandson creating three generations of a well-known local business.
Besides his wife, Frank is survived by his loving and devoted children, Louis C. Frank's greatest joy was spending time with his family and sharing time honored traditions. His grandchildren brought incredible joy to his life and he thoroughly enjoyed being their “papa”. Frank was a kind and patient man and those who knew him appreciated their long-standing friendships. He also took pride in tending to his vegetable and flower gardens.
