Obituary of Patricia Ann Howard White

Patricia Ann Howard White 80, of Rome, loving mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully after a brief illness, on May 2, 2020, at Rome Memorial Hospital. She was born in Watertown N.Y. on April 19, 1940, a daughter of the late Stillman and Marjorie Powell Howard. Patricia was a graduate of V.V.S. High School and was a former member of St. John The Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. Patricia is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, William and Julie Howard of Rome; two grandsons, William and Raymond Howard; two great grandchildren, Scarlett and Erik Howard; two brothers, David Howard and Donald (Betty) Narrows. She was predeceased by a sister, Barbara Clark; two brothers, Stillman and Ronald Howard. The family wishes to thank the entire staff at Rome Memorial Hospital for the wonderful care they provided to Patricia. Funeral services are private and there are no calling hours. Interment will take place in St. Peter’s Cemetery, Rome. Arrangements by Strong-Burns & Sprock Funeral Home 7751 Merrick Road, Rome.
