Sharon L. Hogan
Sharon L. Hogan, 62, of Lee, passed away on February 25, 2019, at her home, following a long illness. She was born on November 15, 1956, in Rome, N.Y. a daughter of the late William and Mildred Theobald Wilson Sr. Sharon was employed as a hairdresser, prior to her retirement.
She is survived by her beloved companion, Kevin Pompa, Lee; a daughter, Tracy Sheridan, Rome; two sons, Larry Kirker, Plattsburg, N.Y. and Brian Hogan, Utica; four brothers, Robert, David, Leonard, Calvin Wilson; two sisters, Mary Welch and Barbara Wilson; five grandchildren, Damien, Lexus, Axel, Zayleon and Brayden. Sharon was predeceased by three brothers, Morris, William and Kenneth Wilson.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, March 1, 2019 at 7 P.M. at Strong-Burns & Sprock Funeral Home 7751 Merrick Road, Rome. Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours from 5-7 P.M. prior to the service. Interment will take place in Evergreen cemetery in the spring.
