Diana L. Norman

Diana L. Norman 67, of Rome passed away peacefully on November 10, 2025, at the Abraham House of Rome. She was born in Watertown, N.Y., a daughter of the late John and Sandra Smothers. She was formerly employed by Nichols Department Store in Marcy, N.Y. until her retirement. Diana was formerly united in marriage to Michael Norman, together they had two children, Autumn and Christopher.

She is survived by her daughter, Autumn (Mike) Norman of Rome; a son, Christopher Norman of Tennesse; a sister, Debbie Sherman; an aunt, Tracey Conover; three cherished grandchildren, Pristasia, Dandre and Jordan. Diana was predeceased by a sister, Sandra Alleman.

Diana’s family extends their deepest gratitude to the compassionate staff at the Rome Abraham House for the exceptional care and kindness shown during her final days.

Family and friends are invited to attend a calling on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 5P.M. at Strong- Burns & Sprock Funeral Home 7751 Merrick Road, Rome. A memorial service will commence at 6P.M.
