Stephane Norman, 73, of Rome, NY passed away unexpectedly on July 7, 2025. Born in Williamsport, PA, she was the daughter of John L. Hargrave and Ruth Richey. Following graduation from high school Stephane was employed at North Med in Liverpool where she was the medical records manager.

Stephane was united in marriage to Michael Norman on April 10, 2010, they shared many adventures and a lifetime of love in their time together. Stephane was a kindhearted person who enjoyed spending time with friends and family, her warm presence will be missed.

Stephane is survived by her husband Michael Norman; sons Shelby (Vanessa) Gray, Connor (Marrissia) Gray; stepson Christopher Norman; stepdaughter Autumn (Michael) Norman; sister Judy (John) Kovich; four grandchildren; she was predeceased by her son Matthew Gray and her sister Dinah Kiessling.

In keeping with Stephane’s wishes calling hours will be private. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Strong-Burns & Sprock Funeral Home.
