
Obituary of Bruce A. Fike
Bruce A. Fike, 55, of Clinton, NY passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on April 23, 2025. Born in Minneapolis, MN on April 25, 1969, he was the son of Terry Fike and Lois Lane. On January 24, 2024, he was united in marriage to the love of his life Tracy Harrison.
Bruce enlisted in the Army and proudly served his country from 1993-1995. He later went on to receive his Master of Science in Nursing from St. Joseph’s University of Maine. He was a beloved Nurse Practitioner at the Beacon Center in Rome where his focus was pain management and addiction. His ability to create rapport and make his patients feel heard and seen was a true gift and one that allowed him to help countless individuals.
Bruce was an avid outdoorsman; he found peace in nature and was always looking for ways to advocate for the preservation of the environment. Along with his love of the outdoors was his love of golf; Bruce was happiest on a sunny day at the golf course. Bruce had many accomplishments in his lifetime, but his children were by far his greatest sense of joy and pride. He was a Freemason and enjoyed conversing and fellowshipping with likeminded individuals. Bruces warm presence and kind personality will be missed by all who knew him.
Bruce leaves behind his beloved wife Tracy Harrison; his sons Connor Fike (Maegan), Kaleb Fike, and Keegan Fike (Amanda); his stepdaughters Kathryn Humpf (Cooper) and Shannon Harrison; his father Terry Fike (Sally); mother Lois Lane; sister Terri (Tony) DiNitto; his special canine companion Charlie and he feline friend Emily; beloved friends Mark and Cathy Russell and the Heron Creek Golf Club family.
