Obituary of Victor Lee Richardson

Victor Lee Richardson, 64, of Syracuse, NY entered the arms of his Lord and Savior on April 11, 2025.  Born on August 12, 1960, he was the son of Willie Mae Gleghorn. Following graduation from high school Victor proudly enlisted in the Army where he served his country with honor.  

Victor enjoyed time spent with his family and friends. He enjoyed fellowshipping with his church family and community where he made many lifelong friends. Victor was proud of his faith and was a true disciple. His warm presence and contagious smile will be missed by many.

Victor leaves behind his son Victor Richardson; daughters Alyce Richardson, Jazmine Richardson and Dara Yusuf; his sister Latania Evans. He was predeceased by his brother Norman Gleghorn and his mother Willie Mae Gleghorn.

Calling hours will be held on Friday April 18, 2025, from 11 A.M. to 12 P.M.at the Kingdom Harvest Apostolic Church in Rome. A celebration of life will follow at 12 P.M. Burial will take place at the Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery Syracuse, NY. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Strong-Burns & Sprock Funeral Home.
