Charlie was a wonderful and kindhearted person. He was always working on his property with great love and pride; and always with a smile. When I was would visit my sister, Annie Clark, who lived directly across the street Charlie would be outside driving his tractor and tending his property with GREAT PRIDE. Charlie Loved life and enjoyed working on projects to include his amazing fish pond, located in the back of his home. He enjoyed taking family and friends on tours of his property. His hard work made an impact on society. I know that Charlie is smiling down from heaven with the Lord.
My deepest condolences to his Family and Friends.
